Yasunobu Tamayose

Yasunobu (Tom) Tamayose was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii. After a stint in the Army, he made his way to Oakland, CA where he graduated from technical school for airframe mechanics. He then moved to Los Angeles, and eventually settled in the South Bay with his wife Yaeko. Their first home in Gardena, and finally in Torrance. Not really one to join organized activities, aside from the golfing he enjoyed for many years, even up to his final days at home at age 98, he would clean up around the house, do yard work, and constantly amaze his family with his McGyver-like skills turning everyday objects into new useful products! He will be dearly missed.
