Wilma Ann Bayek, 80, of Torrance, California, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026—just one day before her birthday.

Born in Lynwood, California, Wilma lived a life defined by strength, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Dee Lewis; her beloved son-in-law, Kenneth “Butch” Green; and her great son-in-law, Joseph Dobosh - who were truly a part of her heart.

Wilma is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald V. Bayek, Sr., her high school sweetheart and lifelong love. Their story spans more than 60 years.

She is also survived by her loving children, Ron Jr. and Debbie; her cherished grandchildren, Ashley & Allison; her adored great-grandchildren, Malia (and baby Carter), Anali, Joey, and Bailey; her loving sisters, Linda and Molly; her brother, Bud and his wife, Karen; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Wilma will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, her neighbors, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. A woman whose strength held everyone together, and whose love will live on forever in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Memorial service will be held in the Chapel at Green Hills LA in Rancho Palos Verdes on Sunday, May 17th from 5-7:30pm.
