Bill was born in Philadelphia on 12/13/23. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He and Jean Jennings married and had 3 children- Tim, Jane H. and Mary. Bill moved to California in 1968 continuing his career as an engineer. He married Jane S. in 1969. During 43 years of marriage, 4 grandchildren arrived- Alex and Jon Bartik, Jamie Dotras and Jessica Williams. There is a great-grandson, Jacob William Dotras also. No flowers please. Donate to Warner Grand San Pedro, Long Beach Opera or a charity of your choice.
