Warren passed away peacefully of congestive heart failure. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn, sons James (Laurie) and Michael (Yvonne), daughter Debra Jacobs (Michael), and grandchildren Patrick and Meagan Manahan and Eric and Sarah Jacobs. Services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
