Wallace “Wally” Nishimoto passed peacefully on Valentine’s Day. He was 98 and had resided for many years in South Bay, CA. A proud graduate of Hilo High, he was a World War II veteran and a private accountant by training. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy Fuyuko (Emoto), and survived by his children Mary Nishimoto, Joan Kaneshiro, and David Nishimoto, and grandsons Mark, Brett, and Brad. The family requests no flowers or koden. He will be interned at Green Hills Memorial Park. An informal memorial will be held later.
