Varazdat 'Parviz' Bamshad, the son of Iman and Sarvar Babaei-Jadidi, passed away on February 23, 2012 at the age of 78. He was born on November 10, 1933 in Iran and had been a resident of Laguna Woods, California. Varazdat is survived by his beloved wife, Aram Bamshad; daughters, Faranak Tina Bamshad, Nooshin Bamshad, Firouzeh Kay McGee and her husband, Mike; grandsons, Stephen Sweeney and Bodi Potter; and siblings, Azar Babaei-Jadidi, Khosro Babaei-Jadidi and Naser Babaei-Jadidi.
