Tomiko Doris Miyasato

MIYASATO, Doris (92) passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024 at her home in Carson, CA. She was born June 2, 1932 in Waimea, Oahu. She was the sixth child of ten children born to Hatsuji and Masue Saito of Kumamoto Japan. She retired in 2003 from the City of Carson after working 27 years in the Public Works Maintenance Dept. Doris is predeceased by her husband Yasunobu Larry Miyasato, and survived by her children, Miles and Mark Miyasato and Debbie (Steve) Nakamura; grandchildren, Jon and Jenna Nakamura; great-grandsons, Rylan, Robin, and Rowan Nakamura; also survived by siblings Lead, Fumi, Hazel, Sarah (George), and nieces and nephews.
