Thurmond Edward Jackson

We bid farewell to our father, Thurmond Edward Jackson, who departed from this world on April 19, 2025, at the age of ninety-six. Despite knowing he was at the end of his life; he never lost his quick wit and sense of humor. Throughout his entire journey he cracked jokes with his grown children and made silly faces with his wife. He had a great ability to make others smile; his kindness and his sense of humor will be missed.
His absence leaves a void in our hearts. To commemorate his remarkable life and the memories we cherish, a service will be held at Green Hills Mortuary, 27501, Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 on Wednesday April 30th from 4pm - 8pm in the Cove Suite and Thursday May 1st at 9am in the Green Hills Chapel. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved deeply and will be missed.
