Teresundefinedita Ancayan Quinio was born November 02, 1954 and passed surrounded by loved ones on September 18, 2026. Lovingly known as “Mom”, “Mama”, “Tess”, “Ate Tessie”, “Mama Tess”, “Mama Tet”, she is survived and remembered by her husband, Asterio Quinio, daughter, Krizia Quinio, granddaughter, Madison Quinio Cortez, and her many siblings, nieces, and nephews.

After marrying Asterio on August 31, 1987, she welcomed her daughter Krizia Therese on October 11, 1990. She spent her early years of motherhood working the morning shift at WH Smith at the airport in order to be off by 12:30 PM to pick up her daughter from school. After leaving WH Smith, she dedicated her time to raising her daughter, nieces, nephews, grandniece, and granddaughter, and lovingly caring for her mother, Eugenia Anglo Ancayan, until her passing in 2020.

Teresita spent her spare time perfecting various recipes and was best known for her Palabok and Puto. While she enjoyed occasionally going out and enjoying meals at places like Fogo de Chao, she loved and appreciated the simple foods like Sapin Sapin, Pan de Sal, soups, and Mocha Coffee. If you’re ever in the Gardena area, she would love for you to try her favorite “Hot Mocha Latte Decaf” from Yeems.

A visitation will be held at Green Hills Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, September 30 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. A private funeral service and burial for invited family and friends will be held the following day. A Livestream Link will be available to those who are unable to attend in person.
