Shirley Ann Helm, the daughter of Jay and Phyllis Caldwell, passed away on August 23, 2013 at the age of 79. She was born on January 11, 1934 in Erie, PA and had been a long time resident of Long Beach, CA. Shirley is survived by her beloved husband, Stanley Helm; children, Steven Helm, Terri Winquist, John (April) Helm and Brian (Sindi) Helm; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel followed by interment.
