Sally S. Akazawa passed away September 26, 2012 at the age of 67. She was born January 7, 1945 in Arizona and had been a longtime resident of Gardena, California. Sally was predeceased by her parents, Tsuyoshi and Kiyomi Akazawa. She is survived by her brother Ray (Crystal) Akazawa, and her sister Elaine (Byron) Wakayama; nieces, Stacy and Jennifer Akazawa and Nicole Wakayama. Memorial service will be held on Sat, Oct 13, 1:00 P.M. at Green Hills Memorial Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, officiated by Pastor James Chang from the Gardena Valley Baptist Church.
