It is with profound sorrow and deep love that we announce the passing of Richard Rey Viloria Tan, who left this world on January 20, 2026, at Kaiser Permanente in Harbor City, at the age of 54.
Richard was a hardworking family man whose life was dedicated to loving his wife and daughters. He was a man of strong faith—religious, faithful, responsible, and a loyal friend to many. He lived with quiet strength, humility, and a heart that always put others before himself.
He was a devoted and loving husband to Juliet, and a proud, caring father to his daughters, Nicole Mikhaela and Ysabella Shanice, whom he loved beyond words. His greatest joy was being with his family, providing for them, guiding them, and surrounding them with love and protection.
Richard is also survived by his beloved mother, Celedonia, and his siblings, Girlie Ann, Teresita, Joel, and Caroline, along with many relatives and friends who will forever cherish his kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit.
Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to share with him. His love, values, and faith will continue to live on through his family. He will always be remembered for his strength, his devotion, and the unconditional love he gave so freely.
Rest in peace, Richard.
You will forever remain in our hearts, and your love will guide us until we meet again.
