Norma Ferrer Delos Reyes, born on April 29, 1946, in Manila, Philippines, passed away peacefully at her home in Torrance, California, on January 19, 2026.

Norma lived a fulfilled life on her own terms—nurturing a loving family while building a successful career marked by determination, resilience, and vision. Her loyalty, generosity, and big heart will be deeply missed by all who had the fortune to know her.

The eldest child of Ladislao and Patricia Ferrer, Norma shared a close bond with her younger brother, Manuel Ferrer. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering before immigrating to the United States, where she began her professional journey with Rachelle Laboratories in Long Beach, California.

Driven by ambition and entrepreneurial spirit, Norma later obtained her Real Estate Broker license and built an impressive legacy as a self-made businesswoman. She founded and led several successful ventures, including NDR Realty, Del Rey Financial, and Del Rey Express, and owned and managed multiple board and care homes. In her professional life, Norma was a trusted friend, colleague, mentor, role model, and a savvy businesswoman admired for her leadership and integrity.

Beyond her professional achievements, Norma embraced life with joy and enthusiasm. She was a socialite who loved dancing and singing, and she found great happiness in traveling, gardening, baking, and shopping. Most of all, Norma cared deeply for her family and lifelong friends, loving them with her whole heart.

Norma joins her late husband, Ricardo Delos Reyes, to eternal rest.

She is survived by her son, Julius Delos Reyes; her daughter, Joyce De Los Reyes-David (Rommel); her granddaughter, Christina Delos Reyes; her grandsons, Jason David and Jonathan Delos Reyes (Leidy Desired); her great-grandson, Enzo Mateo Delos Reyes; her brother, Manuel Ferrer; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Norma’s legacy of love, strength, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
