Noel Rillera, 71, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, at Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.

Born on July 30, 1954, in Baguio City, Philippines, Noel was raised in Manila and lived a life defined by kindness, dedication, humor, and an unwavering love for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend whose generosity and guidance touched countless lives.

Noel began his career in Saudi Arabia, working in telecommunications before joining the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, where he proudly served as an Information Technology technician for 40 years.

Outside of work, Noel enjoyed ballroom dancing, DJing, and tackling projects around the house. A true jack of all trades, he could fix almost anything and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Feli Rillera; his son, Erik Raymond Rillera; and his daughter, Kristine Iris Rillera.

Funeral services will be held on July 11, 2026, at Green Hills Memorial Park.

Though he is no longer with us, Noel's love, kindness, and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
