Mrs. Mei Hing Chan, 88, passed away peacefully on June 1st, 2026, surrounded by her son in her residence in San Pedro, CA. Born on August 31st, 1937. She graduated from a local high school in Canton, China. She worked hard at the Pan Pacific Fishery Cannery. since 1973, until her retirement at age 65. She loves having conversations with her neighbors. She also enjoys gardening and babysitting her grandchildren and taking her husband. Lastly she also loves going out and shopping in cities like Monterey Park. She enjoys McDonald's Seniors Coffee with her husband and love to have Sunday family gatherings. She has 2 children, Andy and Linda and then 2 grandchildren, Derek and Darren, and one more great grandchild, Ryan. The Viewing will be held on June, 14th at 4-8pm. A funeral service will be held on June 15, 2026 at 12pm at Green Hill Mortuary.
