Mary Goetze, age 89, died peacefully on December 8, 2025, surrounded by family.

Mary had a fulfilling career as a registered nurse for over 40 years, sharing her compassion and insight across many areas of focus. She was most proud of her ground-breaking achievements in patient education. She was also known for her extraordinary skill in crocheting and knitting, as well as her passion for gardening.

Mary shared 63 beautiful years of marriage with her cherished husband, Curt. Mary was the proud mother of three children Stephanie Kuhns, Christine Stover, and Mark Goetze. She was deeply adored by her nine grandchildren Jace Stover, Ryan Kuhns, Justine Stover, Catherine Goetze, Sara Kuhns, Jacob Stover, Gus Goetze, Keanu Goetze, Michaela Goetze, and her great-grandchildren Jade Stover, and Jackson Kuhns.

She leaves behind a family forever shaped by her example that will continue to guide them for generations to come. Mary’s grace, gentle spirit, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and service will live on through her family and the many lives she touched.
