Lizette, the daughter of Leonard and Cornia Shepherd was born May 8, 1919 in West Virginia and passed peacefully in her home with family by her side on January 3, 2013 in Corona, California. Lizzette is survived by her two devoted daughters, Freda and husband, George Thompson and Jolyne Booker; four grandchildren, George, Gary, Glenn and Gina; seven great-grandchildren, Matthew, Dallas, Andie, Noah, Sophie Lizzette, Liam and Zoey; her brother, Curtis Shepherd, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The Memorial Service for Ms. Lizzette Booker will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9th at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
