Kevin Ray Watson, passed away on September 19, 2025 in Mohave Valley, Arizona at the age of 63. He was born on November 23, 1961 in Long Beach, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Watson and Dorothy (Escobedo) Watson of Carson, CA.

He is survived by his two children, Kevin, and Megan and his granddaughter, Audrey. He is also survived by his sister, Margaret Lozano and brother, Michael Watson. He was an uncle, godfather, cousin and friend to many.

He lived in Arizona for the last 10 years after retiring from the San Gabriel Police Department. He spent more than 20 years proudly serving as a police officer and detective. His dedication, strength, humor, and sharp wit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He had a big heart. He could make anyone laugh, even on their hardest days.

Previous areas of residence include Pahrump, NV, Victorville, CA, Carson CA, San Jose, CA and Wilmington CA.

He will long be remembered for his devotion to his children and his family. He always put their needs ahead of his own. He was a man of great integrity who met his responsibilities with a sense of purpose and pride.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes at 2 pm.
