Kathryn G. Livengood

Kathryn Glazier Livengood passed away on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019, she was 92 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindsay Lee, who passed away in 2004. They were married for 54 years. She is survived by two daughters, Carol McCormick of Seaford, Virginia and Patricia Swanson of Kapaa, Hawaii. Granddaughters, Lindsay McCormick, Heather Mejia, Elizabeth Headrick and Karen Cockrell; two grandsons, Jett and Kevin McCormick; two great-greatson’s, Oliver Swanson, and Grayson Mejia; and two great-granddaughters, Lily Mejia and Lindsay Cockrell. Kathryn was a native of Petersburg, Virginia and graduated from the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her family is listed in the First Families of Virginia Register. She was a resident of Rancho Palos Verdes since 1964 and a long time member of Riviera United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 9th, at 9:00 am at the Chapel at Green Hills Memorial Park 27501 S. Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. A reception will be held that same day at 12:00 noon at her home; 6542 Chartres Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
