Karl P. Strauss
August 12, 1941 - February 26, 2025

Karl P. Strauss, of Rancho Palos Verdes, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025, surrounded by family. He was 83.

Karl was born in Cleveland, OH, and moved with his family to Los Angeles in his teens.

He proudly served his country in the Army.

He married the love of his life, Nadine, and they celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Karl received his doctorate degree in Pharmacy from USC, and proudly served the Palos Verdes Peninsula at his pharmacy, Lunada Bay Pharmacy, for over 25 years.

Later in life, Karl enjoyed spending his days watching his grandsons play baseball, and cruising the world with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine, children, Denise and Scott, daughter-in-law, Melissa, and grandchildren, Jordan, Landon and Scarlett.

A memorial service will be held at Green Hills Cemetery in Rancho Palos Verdes on Sunday, March 9th at 10:00am.
