She was born on January 27, 1925 in Puerto Rico and had been a resident of Rialto, California. Juanita is survived by her loving children, Rosa Santiago, Vivian Sanchez, Rafael Perez Sr., Evelyn Viveros, Maria Perez, Jose Antonio Perez, Felix Perez, Auturo Perez Jr. and Pedro Perez and grandson, Carlos.
