Juan Velazquez Ramirez was born on March 30, 1968, and passed away on February 23, 2026, in Torrance, California. He was a loving son, brother, Uncle, and friend, whose life was marked by kindness, humor, and deep respect for others. Juan's warm smile and amiable personality left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Throughout his life, Juan was known for his love of futbol, a passion that brought him joy and camaraderie with friends and family. His laugh was contagious, and he shared his good sense of humor generously, making memories that will be cherished forever.
In his final moments, Juan was surrounded by love and prayers from his family, including his father, Juan, and his mother, Natividad. They were joined by his siblings—Alma, Lidia, Ela, Félix, María, Víctor, and Martha. His nephews and nieces Marlene, Anna, Jasmine, Daleyza, Natalia, Osmar, Fabián, Josué, Sebastian, Marcello, Máximo, and Emiliano. His sister's in-law Brenda and, Carmen, His brother's in-law Luis, Timo, Gerardo, Jose, and Pedro—who provided him with unwavering support and companionship during his life and in his last days.
Juan is also survived by the loving memories of those who preceded him in death: his grandmothers, Lorenza and Tomasa; his grandfathers, Felix and Víctor; his aunt, José Fina; and his cousins, Cristina and Rosangel. Although they have passed, their spirits remain intertwined with Juan’s legacy.
A Visitation will be held in his honor on March 9, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Green Hills Mortuary & Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. A Funeral Service will take place the following day, March 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic in Wilmington ,CA, followed by a Graveside Service at Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery in Gardena, CA, starting at 11:30 AM.
Juan’s memory will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by his beloved family and friends.
