Josephine O. Chavez, the daughter of Conception and Simona Ozaeta, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2012 at the age of 84. She was born on August 27, 1927 in Miami, Arizona and had been a long time resident of San Pedro, California. Josephine is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Paul; grandson, Tommy Villanueva and is survived by her beloved children, Jennie (Edgar) Villanueva and Paul R. Chavez; grandchildren, Michael Villanueva and Rhiannon (Nef) Nunez and sister, Maye Escobar.
