Joseph H. McCoy, Jr. passed away on March 17, 2016 at the age of 86. He was born on August 9, 1929 and was a longtime resident of Bonsall, California. He is survived by his wife, Ruth McCoy, children, Loreen (Efrain) Mercado, David (Joanne) McCoy, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Green Hills Memorial Park on Wednesday, March 23rd at 2pm.
