It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Johnny Guerra, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, who left us on May 24, 2026, due to a tragic hit-and-run accident. Johnny was born on November 5, 1949, in San Pedro, California, to Robert and Isabel "Lizzy"  Guerra, who predeceased him, along with his cherished son, Johnny Guerra Jr., and Grandson "Little Richie." 

Johnny's life was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and family. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Kristine Taase and Chenoa Guerra, who survive him and continue to honor his legacy with their strength and grace. His family was the center of his world, and he found immense joy in watching his family grow, boasting proudly of his 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Johnny's presence will forever be felt in the hearts of his family, as they carry forward his values of kindness, loyalty, and love.
