Jeffrey Allen Neal

Jeffrey Allen Neal departed this life on August 26, 2025 in Lexington, SC., age 60.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie (Gilbert), his son Conor Daniel Neal, his brother Brian Keith Neal (wife Erin), nephew Mathew Neal (Fiona) and niece Lindsey (Alex) Croft, and parents Jerry and Judith Neal. His younger brother Timothy Andrew Neal died in 2016; Tim is survived by his wife Gabriella (Contreras) and his two sons Lucas Winston Neal and Maxwell Alexander Neal.

Jeffrey was the managing dentist for Bela Family Dentistry in Wagener, SC. Previously he owned or operated practices in Downey, Palos Verdes and Redondo, CA.

Dr. Neal had a natural expertise that made him a beloved caregiver, where his talent as a dentist was matched only by his dedicated concern for the wellbeing of others. He took immense pride in his work, and his patients were more than just the people he treated; they were individuals for whom he genuinely cared and helped to be their happiest and healthiest. He loved providing them with a better smile.

He was a graduate of University of California, Riverside, Loma Linda Univ. Dental School with honors. He took advanced courses from USC and a one-year Cosmetic Dentistry residency at UCLA.

Jeffrey was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 17, 1964. He and his parents and brothers moved to Ladue, MO in 1974 and to Rancho Palos Verdes, CA in 1979.

For hobbies he loved the outdoors, surfing, fishing, working out in the gym and taking his, Ollie, for walks. He had an undying sense of adventure.

He will forever be missed.

A memorial service will be held on October 8 at 2:00pm at Green Hills Memorial, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes.
