Jeanette Florence Mitko, the daughter of Tony and Florence Vanderpas, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2012 at the age of 81. She was born on December 18, 1930 in Minnesota and had been a long time resident of Gardena, California. Jeanette will be remembered by her beloved family, son, John (Kristy) Carlton; granddaughter, Synthia Carlton and siblings, Reuben Vanderpas, John Vaderpas, Duane Vanderpas, Dwight Vanderpas and Maxine Rogers. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Ray Vanderpas, George Vanderpas and Tommy Vanderpas.
