Hernando Del Mundo Martinez of Buena Park, California, was a beloved father, brother, and friend. Born on 17 April 1963 to Marcos Martinez and Petra Del Mundo Martinez, he was the youngest of seven children. Fondly called “Ado”, he was raised with his siblings in a warm and loving home near the seaside in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. Ado’s spirit mirrored the ocean he grew up on—calm yet resilient, gentle yet strong.

In 1991, Ado moved to Long Beach, California, where he discovered his calling in healthcare. He built lasting friendships, bonding over his love for fishing and karaoke. His charm, kindness, and selflessness left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

He passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025. He is survived by his siblings Elenita Ganelo, Arnel Martinez, and Nymia Martinez; his children Ermin Martinez and Katrin Martinez; and his nieces and nephews.
