Helen Henderson

Helen Henderson, passed away on March 29th in San Pedro, Ca. Helen is survived by her daughter, Lanette (Robert) Nunez; her sister Angie Mattera; her grandchildren, Kelsey (Simon) Prado, Krislin (Luis) and greatgrandchildren Nico and Remi Ramirez. Helen is preceded in death by her Husband (Mickey Henderson) and son (Mickey Henderson II). Helen was born May 7th, 1944, in San Pedro and has been a resident ever since. Growing up, she worked part time as beautician and full time as a beloved mother. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, and winning big at the casino. Her infectious smile and welcoming personality will be missed by all. A funeral is scheduled for Helen at Holy Trinity Church,
Wednesday April 6th at 1pm, followed by a burial at Green Hills Cemetery. The family would like to thank everybody for their love and support during this time. We are especially thankful for her live in caregivers, Jenny and Eleanor who kept her spirit alive for many years.
