Hachiro Mayewaki of Gardena, California went peacefully to be with the Lord January 3rd, 2026 at the ripe age of 100. “Hutch” was born in Hanford, California, January 26, 1925. He graduated from Northwestern University. Hutch was a World War II veteran who loved his country, golf, ballroom dancing, crossword puzzles, and enjoyed watching the Dodgers, Lakers, and Rams. He was predeceased by his 7 siblings, brothers Ben, Charles, and Dick, and sisters Matsu, Take, Ume, and Sue. He is survived by many nephews and nieces.
