Gregory Scott Bush

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory Scott Bush. A loving Father, grandfather, and true soul of adventure, who left us on October 6, 2025, at the age of 70.

Scott lived life in motion. Chasing waves, carving mountains, and rolling through life with the spirit of a skateboarder at heart. Whether it was the stillness of dawn surf sessions or the thrill of fresh powder on the slopes, he found joy in every ride. His love for the outdoors was matched only by his deep love for his children and grandchildren, who were the center of his world.

A devoted Son, Brother, Father and proud Grandfather, Scott found his greatest happiness in life’s simplest moments . You could find Scott spending time each week with his mother and sisters. Devoting time to reading the Bible or watching a sermon. Often times, Cheering from the sidelines, sharing stories by the firepit, and holding tiny hands with infinite love.

He is survived by his Children: Jason and Ellie Bush, Jennifer and Jeremy Wooten, Jamie Bush, Michael and Stacy Bush. His beloved grandchildren: Taylor, Aden, Emily, Willow, River, Parker, Kennedy and Kaia. Mother, Sue and Sisters Leslie, Laurie and Michelle, Brother-in-Laws Shannon, Bob and Michael. As well as a wide circle of friends, family and fellow adventurers who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of his life will be held on October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Green Hills Mortuary, where friends and family are invited to share stories, memories, and in true Scott fashion, maybe even catch a wave or two in his honor.

Ride on, Dad. You were the real deal and your ride will never be forgotten.
