Geronimo Cabrera

Geronimo “Gerry” “Romy” Cabrera passed away on June 18, 2023, Father’s Day, at the age of 91. He was born on November 13, 1931 in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, and immigrated to the United States in 1968. Gerry was a long time resident of Carson, CA, where he saw his family grow and multiply. He is survived by his son, Franklin Cabrera; daughter, Cherry Hilzendeger; grandchildren Jaena Rae Cabrera, Nathan Franklin Cabrera, Christian Jacob Hilzendeger, and Joshua James Hilzendeger; and six great-grandchildren, Aiyanna, Devin, Mason, Scarlett, Jacob and Stella.

Visitation will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2023 in the Green Hills Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Green Hills Memorial Chapel, followed by interment.
