George B Georgievski

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of George “Gjorgi” Georgievski on August 10th at the age of 81 years. While vacationing in his homeland, Makedonija he became ill and died quickly and unexpectedly from heart failure.

His heart was broken three and a half years ago with the passing of his wife, Elisaveta and so from a great distance, George was brought home to be buried next to his love, where they will be reunited again.

George will be remembered for his dedication to his family and the Macedonian community, his strong work ethic, and his willingness to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his loving daughters and grandchildren, a large extended family, and many friends.

The pleasure of your company is requested to honor the life of George Georgievski on
Saturday, August 24th.
Funeral services will be held at 10am at St. Mary’s Orthodox Church in Whittier.
Burial will be held at 12pm at Green Hills Cemetery in Rancho Palos Verdes.
Following, luncheon will be served at Kincaids in Redondo Beach. (Directions below)
