George Thomas Cunningham-loving brother, uncle, confidant and friend was born in Fullerton, California on July 27, 1953, to George and Mary Anne Cunningham. He slid into “home plate” on February 26, 2026.

George was a good athlete playing all sports with vigor, had a “steel trap of a mind” for sports statistics which he could banter about for hours. A long time supporter of his local church and a friend of Bill W.

He is survived by his siblings; Mary Anne Cunningham (Donat), Michael A Cunningham, Theresa Cunningham (Russell), Timothy Cunninghamm, Andy Cunningham, Margie Cunningham (Rossberg), Carol Cunningham (Sampson), Jeanne Cunningham, Bill Cunningham (Corso), Laura Cunningham (Granucci), John Cunningham.

He is also survived by 29 nephews and nieces and 41 great nephews and nieces. George will be greatly missed by all who encountered him in their daily lives. He was truly a friend to those in need.
