Franklin Satoshi Itami

Franklin Itami passed away peacefully at home at the age of 88 years old on June 22, 2025 in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Frank received his Bachelor’s Degree at Oregon State and his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from U. S. C.

He enjoyed traveling, reading, running, woodworking, good times with friends, and building a special bond with his service dog Vinnie.

Frank is survived by his sister Margaret and his wife Lucy, who shared 61 happy years together. His memory will forever live on in our hearts.

To carry out Frank’s wishes, a private immediate family ceremony will be held.
