Florence Frieda Smith of Torrance, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2016. She was born Oct. 19, 1914 in Chicago, Illinois. She and her husband George were the owners of George Smith Plumbing and Smitty Pan Manufacturing in Lomita. She is survived by her sons, Gerald Smith of Redondo Beach, Roger Smith of Tennessee, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 3, 2016 at 12 Noon at Green Hills Memorial Park.
