It can be said that MRS. FELISA F. HIDALGO has a penchant for things with aesthetic appeal. As a teacher, she adhered to the precepts of rigid personal discipline, development of civic conscience, and mastery of the basic learnings. As a school head, she was reckoned by her peers as a "work tank", making the school a worthy habitat of young children, a garden fittingly structured to enhance worthy attitudes, appreciations, habits and skills and ideals of a better and richer life to blossom. She is an obligingly conservative wife, a dutifully sacrificing mother, and a doting and solicitous grandmother.
