Eugene Jacobsen, the son of Hattie Hanke and Simon Jacobsen, passed away December 2 , 2015 at the age of 89. He was born September 5, 2015 in Illinois and had been a long time resident of Torrance, California. Eugene is Survived by his loving children Peggy Carpenter and Larry Jacobsen; Siblings, Lavora Scoggan, Henrietta Mueller, and George Jacobsen; grandchildren, Stephanie Husby and Jennifer Carpenter. Services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 9am at Green Hills Memorial Park followed by interment.
