She was born on December 28, 1917 in Cooperton, Oklahoma and had been a resident of Huntington Beach, California. Ethel (Lou) is survived by his beloved children, Richard L. Goble and James (Joyce) Higby; grandchildren, Eugene A. (Coral) Higby, Andrew J. (Misty) Higby; sister, Ester Cowell and nephew Randy Cowell.
