Emilia Frando Paino

Emilia F. Paino was born on September 24, 1965, and passed away peacefully at her home in Carson, California, on November 4, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Emilia was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born and raised in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, and migrated to the United States in 2016. For many years, she worked in home care, lovingly caring for people in need with dedication and compassion.

Everyone who knew Emilia knew how big her heart was. She always went above and beyond for her patients and her loved ones. She enjoyed taking pictures and videos to capture special moments, and she loved listening to Air Supply, singing their songs with joy.

She fought a good fight, and though it is hard to say goodbye, we trust that God has better plans for her. Her love, laughter, and kindness will live on in all of us.
