We gather in remembrance of Ella Clark, honoring a long and full life that spanned 101 years (we are giving her the 5 days) and touched many hearts.
Ella was born in Germany in 1925, where her early experiences shaped a strong character grounded in perseverance, humility, and love of family. As a young woman, she married an American soldier and, in 1952, bravely began a new chapter in the United States. As a military wife, she adapted to change with grace, creating a home wherever she was needed.
She was a dedicated worker throughout her life, and after many years of service, retirement allowed her to spend cherished time with her daughter Shirley, her husband Bill, and in helping to care for her granddaughters.
Family was always at the heart of Ella’s life. She shared a deep and loving bond with her daughter Shirley, and though her passing brought great sorrow, that love continues through the generations Ella helped raise. In her later years, she was lovingly surrounded by her son-in-law Bill and her granddaughters, Tanya and Nicole.
Ella took great pride in her family, including her grandchildren—Tanya and Nicole, her great-grandchildren - Tori, Sierra, Christiana, Ethan, and Tristan—and her great-great-grandchildren, Ella and Saylor. Her quiet strength, kindness, and enduring spirit live on through them.
