Eiko Kato, the daughter of Kichigoro Ohtsuka and Ritsue Takeda, passed away August 29, 2015 at the age of 81. She was born on April 21, 1934 in Japan and had been a long time resident of Torrance. Eiko is survived by her loving husband Hirokatsu Kato. Services will be held Friday, September 11, 2015 at 1pm at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
