Born December 27, 1923 in Byfield, Massachusetts, the long time Harbor City resident passed away on October 14, 2011. Dottie retired as a supervisor with Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon and was a loyal member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ocean Park Chapter #245 in Santa Monica. She is survived by her husband: Donald R. Bell, stepdaughter: Donna (Robert) Vaum, brother-in-law: Stanley G. Bell, along with grandchildren: Kelly Hoang, Tyler Vaum and great granddaughter: Marlowe Hoang. Visitation will be on Wednesday, 3 to 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary. Funeral services will be on Thursday, October 20, 2011, 1:00pm in Green Hills Memorial Chapel.
