Donald Collins, the son of Bernard and Shirley Collins, passed away on November 5, 2014 at the age of 56. He was born in Kansas on June 15, 1958, served proudly in the U.S. Army for over 12 years, and was a longtime resident of Ventura, California. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 16th 3 pm - 8 pm at Green Hills Mortuary.
