With heavy hearts and immense love, we announce the passing of Daniel (Danny) Esparza, a strong, cool, and undeniably bad-to-the-bone man who lived life with grit, heart, and style. Danny passed away peacefully in Harbor City on Sunday, June 22, 2025, leaving behind a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Son to Mary and Alfonso (Slim) Esparza, he was the proud and devoted father of Robert Esparza and Andrea Solorza, and the deeply loving grandfather of 3 beautiful grand daughters—his three little stars who brought him endless joy. Whether he was spoiling them with treats, playing hide-n-go-seek, or just soaking in their company, being a grandpa was his greatest pride.
Danny was the kind of man who walked into a room and instantly made it better. He had a way about him—laid back, confident, and always cool. A true original. He loved hitting the casinos, where he chased jackpots and good times with that signature swagger. And when it came to Dodger baseball, there was no bigger fan.He wore the blue proudly and backed his team with heart and fire.
Through life’s battles, Danny stood strong. He didn’t just endure—he dominated. With toughness in his bones, charm in his smile, and love in his heart, he was the kind of man you don’t just remember—you celebrate.
Danny’s presence was a gift, his spirit a force, and his love a constant. He was truly one of a kind.
