It is with profound sadness that the family of Daniel Edmond Bojorquez announces his passing on May 22, 2026, at the age of 73.

Born and raised in San Pedro, CA, Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo and Rita Bojorquez. A proud union longshoreman with the ILWU for nearly 50 years, he was a devoted family man who loved Dodger baseball and bowling—even achieving a perfect "300 game" on March 6, 2013.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife of over 50 years, Dr. Carolyn Bojorquez; his children, Danny “Whammer”, Brian (Sherry), and Danielle (Mike); and his grandchildren, Bliss, Kelly, Kimmi, and Kinsley.

A celebration of life will be held at Raffaello’s restaurant in San Pedro on June 18 at 12 PM.
