Dan Freil, the son of Frank and Ada Freil, passed away on August 25, 2014 at the age of 89. He was born on October 30, 1924 in Pennslyvania, was a longtime resident of San Pedro, California, served in the Navy, and worked in Law Enforcement (PVE) for over 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Thresa, sons, Timothy and Michael Freil, as well as 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held at Green Hills Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 1 pm.
