Curtis M. Hellenbrand, Jr.

Curtis M. Hellenbrand, born in Boston, MA and raised in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA attended Peninsual High, UCLA and USC. In 1979, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army's Finance Corps as a Distinguished Military Graduate. Curt earned a Masters degree from the U.S. Army War College, and a Master of Science degree from Georgia State University.
Curt's 30 year Army career included service with the Los Angeles District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Pentagon and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and reserve Affairs before retiring as a Colonel in the reserves in 2009. He was most recently working at AMC's CECOM in the Data Services Division. Curt's awards include the Legion of Merit and the Meritorious Service Medal.
Curt was a CPA in CA, CO, NC,. TX and VA. He was active in Toastmasters International earning top awards and holding various offices at several clubs.
Curt is survived by his father, Curtis Hellenbrand Sr.of RPV, CA, fiancee Anita Y. K. Davis of Jacksonville, FL and her three children Elissa, Glen and Shannon Davis to whom he was a father.
