Cristina Julian Bautista, 65, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on December 22, 2025.
Cristina was born on September 17, 1960 in Camiling Tarlac, Philippines to Cipriano and Hilaria Julian. She was the third of six siblings. Together, they moved to the United States in 1970 and settled in Carson, California. Cristina thrived in school and enjoyed extra curricular activities. She attended Towne Avenue Elementary, Curtiss Middle School, and Carson High School.
In the halls of Carson High School, Cristina met Romeo Chris Bautista. They became high school sweethearts and the picture perfect couple. Cristina married Chris in 1978 and began their family with Julie, followed by Jerome, and then James.
Cristina dedicated over 30 years to her career as a technician in the aerospace industry.
She enjoyed dancing, volunteer work, going to gatherings, and traveling the world with her family and friends. During the many places she toured, Cristina loved visiting different Starbucks locations to add to her collection of Starbucks mugs.
Cristina was devoted to her family and cherished all the moments spent with them. She could spend countless hours with the family just talking, laughing, and playing Mahjong. She was often found in the kitchen cooking old or new recipes. She also loved to relax while watching Asian dramas. More than anything, Cristina found her greatest joy in watching her grandchildren and great granddaughter grow.
Cristina is survived by her beloved husband Chris, daughter Julie, two sons Jerome and James; son-in-law Laurence, five grandchildren Justin, Deion, Nathan, Kristina, and Evan, and her precious great-granddaughter Lillianne.
She is also survived by her siblings Albert, Betty, Divina, Erwin, and Fronda; as well as many in-laws, nieces/nephews, and grandnieces/grandnephews.
Cristina will be remembered for her strength, loyalty, and determination to always be present for family and friends. She has touched the hearts of many and will be forever missed by all who loved her.
