Chiyo Ogata

Chiyo Ogata, resident of Gardena and Torrance, California passed away peacefully on January 14, 2016 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband, Stanley Ogata, she is survived by her daughters Nancy (Thomas Hoffa) Ogata and Christine (John Baker) Ogata, her sons Steven (Shirley) Ogata, Douglas (Pam) Ogata, Gregory (Caroline) Ogata, and John (JonDelina Buckley) Ogata, as well as grandchildren, Taryn (Alex) Rampley, Snitra Smanot, Troy Hoffa, and Rachel Ogata, and great grandson, Grayson Rampley . A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 23rd at 10:30AM at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 West 158th Street, Gardena. Reception immediately following in the social hall.
